GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Hiring Conditions include the general regulation of the services provided by Sixtymad.com, owned by Rafael Guia Pereira, address Calle Noguera 5  Santa Maria de Palautordera 08460 Barcelona, Spain. In case of hiring any plan or services rendered by it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
www.Sixtymad.com web page, as well as all the contents and services offered in it, are the exclusive property of Sixtymad.com, and are protected by the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as by the current regulations on the subject of industrial and intellectual property, trademarks and patents.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, transmission, alteration, modification or exploitation thereof not covered herein, unless expressly authorized by the owner is prohibited.
The intellectual property rights of www.Sixtymad.com belong exclusively to Sixtymad.COM, so that no access or use of the services and contents made available to the user through this website may be interpreted in any case as an acquisition by the User of any right over the contents contained therein.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The communications between the Client and Sixtymad.COM, will be maintained via email, since it is essential that everything is recorded in writing, for a process and clarity in them, for both parties.
The Client will have the power to exercise the activities of monitoring the project-by himself/herself or through his/her representative, in order to know and verify compliance with the different stages of development, and their adjustment to the given directives.
Likewise, it will be of his/her own obligation to provide the maximum, timely and efficient collaboration to his/her contractor when it is required as a condition of the project advance and its results.
If the client requests additional instances, as well as online meetings, they will have an associated cost per hour.
The content and material necessary to perform the customer service must be in the requested formats in order to extract the different elements, without having to carry out any process. In the case of text, it must necessarily be in a format that allows to handle the text (Word), to be able to copy and paste it in a simple way, and not as a graphic element that implies typing it, for its inclusion in the website. All photographs must be submitted in digital format and unprinted.
The execution times of the services are subject to the client delivering the materials in a timely manner, and making the necessary corrections when requested by Sixtymad.COM.
If the client who hires the web services, will demand corrections that are not reasonable (for example: change the basic design already approved by him/her, once the project is completed), Sixtymad.COM is in all its right to resolve if it is in conditions to make them or not, and if so, there will be an extra charge will be for them.

PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROPOSAL VALIDITY
All services have a price or range of prices established in accordance with the characteristics of the work required and the development time invested to achieve it. These prices may be subject to adjustments that compensate possible market changes, or be temporarily replaced by special/promotional prices. The values are established in American Dollars (USD).
Sixtymad.COM will make a proposal according to the request of the services that the client wishes. In said proposal the value of the investment will be quoted, the payment modalities and the validity thereof will be specified.
Se Either the payment of a percentage of the price or its totality is considered as a sign of acceptance of the proposal including its Terms and Conditions.
Once the client has paid for any of our services, the prices and validity of the proposal will be maintained for a maximum of 3 calendar months. After this period, if the client has not given “signs of life” necessary for the progress of the project (such as sending materials, design selection, answering emails, etc.), regardless of the causes of his/her lack of communication, Sixtymad.COM is in its legal right to terminate the project, with prior notice in writing to its contracting party and the same cannot demand compensation of any kind.
The validity of the proposal includes what the client initially hired. If the client wants to make additions and / or changes on what he/she requested initially, they should be quoted apart.

MONTHLY CONTRACTS
For all those services that are to be paid every month, the contract will take effect from the day of hiring and its minimum term will be as previously stipulated, automatically renewable on a monthly basis, unless either of the parties communicates its decision not to renew it to the other. The communication of this decision must be made in writing with a confirmation of reading, with a minimum of 7 days in advance, prior to the automatic renewal of the contract.

HOSTING SERVICE
Sixtymad.COM, uses the Hosting service with a company in Singapore. In this sense, Sixtymad.COM is not responsible in case of faults in the Hosting server. However, it is committed to give support in case of faults in the service and to contact the Hosting company, to try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

USE OF COOKIES
Sixtymad.COM uses “cookies”, which are small files that are installed on your computer and that track it anonymously in order to show you advertising and related services. These cookies are also used to count your visits to our website, the pages you visit and the time you stay in them. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not continue browsing our site. Browsing this website implies acceptance of our use of cookies.

INTERRUPTION / TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Sixtymad.COM reserves the right to immediately terminate or indefinitely suspend the services to the client, if a violation, non-payment is committed or if we find reasonable grounds to believe that our Terms and Conditions are being violated. In addition, Sixtymad.COM, reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion, in case the client adopts a position that is considered unacceptable.

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
Upon receiving your order, the services will be performed in accordance with the terms applicable to the services you hired. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase can have an impact on the promptness of service performance. The services will be considered successfully delivered to you when their performance begins.

DELIVERY POLICY OF DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL GOODS
Upon receiving your order, you will be assisted to begin your download immediately or receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download. When you are assisted to begin your download immediately, the completion of the download will constitute the delivery of the item (s) you purchased. If you receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the email will constitute the delivery by us of the purchased item (s) to you. In case you are unable to download the item (s) you purchased or do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item (s) will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of your money or an exchange for another item or service. You can return or exchange your purchase up to 120 days after the purchase date. Products returned or exchanged must be in the condition you received them.

HACKING AND SECURITY ON THE WEBSITES
As is public knowledge, the most important websites in the world have been repeatedly hacked: such as Facebook, the Pentagon website, the FBI, among others.
In this sense, it is clear that absolutely all the websites of the world are exposed to the attack of hackers, who regularly use the website as a platform to make cyber scams (phishing).
While the hosting company takes the necessary security measures to protect your website that does not guarantee in any way that the website cannot be hacked. Hacks work the same as viruses on computers, even if you have the latest antivirus installed, that does not mean you will not get more viruses on your computer. Hackers always manage to launch viruses that break through all security barriers. But clearly one is more exposed and vulnerable if security measures are not taken.

Sixtymad.com is not responsible and excludes any liability, for damages of any kind, which may be due to the use of web services offered by the company.
